【Abstract】 The fundamental of human action shows that the nature of market economy is not competition,but voluntary transaction under the condition of effective defense against invading property rights.The clear proper-right is necessarily required by voluntary transaction.Voluntary transaction and property-right are absolute and unified.Consequently,the reform of state-owned enterprises aims at enhancing not only enterprise efficiency,but the efficient allocation of scarce resources also.The problems of state-owned enterprises should be resolved systematically.The views beyond property-right theory are one-sided.更多还原
