【摘要】 目的分析2009-2011年柳州市新报告的HIV/AIDS因配偶或固定性伴性传播感染的情况,为柳州市艾滋病防治工作提供依据。方法对2009-2010年柳州市新报告HIV/AIDS中因配偶或固定性伴性传播感染的病例进行描述性流行病学分析。结果截至2011年,累计报告经配偶/固定性伴性途径传播病例为706例,逐年增加,但各年异性传播中配偶/固定性伴传播所占比例分别为20.34%、16.14%、14.60%,比例逐年下降,差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.33,P<0.05)。男女性别比为1∶2.99;地区分布主要位于相邻的鹿寨县、柳江县和柳城县,占85.98%,具有明显的区域聚集性;已婚有配偶居多,占79.32%;60岁以上组人群高发且呈上升趋势,占23.80%;新报告病例以HIV感染者为主,主要来源于医疗机构,占61.76%,且逐年上升。结论柳州市艾滋病经配偶或固定性伴间传播是艾滋病经异性性传播的重要途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the situation of new-reported AIDS among spouses/fixed partners in Liuzhou city from 2009 to 2011, so as to provide evidence for AIDS prevention and control. Method Descriptive epidemiological analysis was adopted to analyze the cases of new-reported AIDS infection in spouses/fixed partners in Liuzhou city from 2009 to 2011. Results A total of 706 HIV/AIDS cases of spouses/fixed partners transmission had been reported between 2009 to 2011, showing a trend of increase, but the ratio of heterosexual transmission was descend year by year,accounting for 20.34%,16.14% and 14.60% respectively(χ2=16.33,P<0.05). The ratio of gender was 1∶2.99. The distribution of the cases had obvious area agglomeration. The majority of the new-reported cases were married, accounted for 79.32%; patients over 60 years old were on the rise, accounted for 23.80%;61.76% new-reported were HIV infected and increased yearly.Conclusion Transmission among spouses/fixed partners was the main route of heterosexual transmission of HIV.更多还原
