【摘要】 目的比较手足口病重症与轻症病例的早期表现差异,探讨早期识别重症病例的预警信号。方法对本院2012年报告的手足口病病例的完整资料进行回顾性分析。结果 2012年本院共报告1112例手足口病,其中轻症1097例,重症15例。重症多见于3岁以下婴幼儿,高发于4-5月份。早期表现为持续高热、皮疹不典型、先热后疹,常伴有神经、呼吸、循环等系统损伤。结论重症病例的早期表现不典型,重视早期识别、及时采取干预,对预防和治疗重症病例具有积极的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The study is to compare the differences between severe cases and mild cases of hand foot mouth disease,as well as to explore warning signal of severe cases.Method A retrospective analysis was performed for severe cases of hand foot mouth disease reported by our hospital in 2012.Results 1 112 cases including 1 097 mild cases and 15 severe cases were reported here in 2012.Severe cases were mostly found in children less than 3 years old,and it has much high rate in April and May.For severe cases,they showed persistent high fever,atypical rashes,fever and rash,and symptoms of the nervous system,respiratory system or circulatory system damage.Conclusion The early symptoms of severe cases were not typical,so it is crucial to pay attention to the early recognition and also take intervention measures timely for the prevention and treatment of severe cases of hand foot mouth disease.更多还原
