【摘要】 目的探讨不同乙肝病毒(HBV)载量与其血清标志物模式及ALT的关系。方法采用荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(FQ-PCR)、酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)和速率法分别检测患者血清HBV-DNA载量、血清学标志及谷氨酸丙氨酸转移酶(ALT)活性。结果在605例患者样本中共检测出9种血清模式,HBeAg阳性模式,即HBsAg(+),HBeAg(+),抗HBc(+)模式与HBsAg(+),HBeAg(+)模式,其HBV-DNA阳性率分别为96.2%和100.0%,病毒平均含量106.53copies/mL,明显高于HBeAg阴性模式(P<0.01)。HBV-DNA水平与ALT异常存在相关。结论 HBeAg阳性模式HBV载量显著高于HBeAg阴性模式,HBV载量越高,ALT异常的比例越大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze retrospectively the correlation of HBV loads with HBV serologic markers and ALT activity.Methods Fluorescent quantitative PCR and ELISA were used to detect serum HBV DNA levels,HBVmarkers and kinetics of enzyme-catalyzed reactions respectively.Results The serological patterns of HbsAg(+),HbeAg(+),anti-HBc(+)and HbsAg(+),HbeAg(+)anti-HBc(-)were observed with the HBV DNA positive rate of 96.2% and 100%.The average HBV DNA loads was 106.53copies/mL,obviously higher than the patients with chronic hepatitis B pattern(P<0.01).HBV DNA loads closely correlated with ALT activity.Conclusions HBV DNA loads with HBeAg-positive patterns was obviously higher than the patients with HBeAg-negetive patterns,HBV loads was obvious associated activity of serum.更多还原
