酸析与微电解法预处理 硝基苯工业废水的研究

【摘要】 硝基苯是生产多种精细化工产品的中间体,工业用途广泛,其生产过程中产生大量酚类副产物。硝基苯类废水处理的难点和重点是硝基苯类废水的预处理,如何对其进行预处理,提高其可生化性是实验能否成功的关键。实验采用"酸析+铁碳微电解"工艺处理该类废水。实验结果表明酸析单元COD去除率为43.0%~48.4%,硝基苯去除率在50%左右;微电解单元硝基苯去除率在80%以上,COD去除率为55.6%~64.8%。微电解可使硝基苯类物质初步降解为苯胺类等容易氧化处理的物质,提高了废水的可生化性,同时不采用其他化学试剂,可降低废水处理成本。

【Abstract】 Nitrotoluene is the intermediate in the production of many fine chemical products,and in the process plenty of phenolic byproducts are generated.The difficulty and emphasis of disposing nitrotoluene wastewater is the pretreatment,and enhancing the biodegradability is the key.In the experiment,the craft of "acid precipitation +iron-carbon micro-electrolysis" are used to dispose such kind of wastewater.The result shows that in the acid precipitation unit,the removal rate of COD is 43.0%~48.4%,and that of nitrotoluene is about 50%,while in the micro-electrolysis unit,the removal rate of nitrotoluene is above 80%,and that of COD is 55.6%~64.8%.Micro-electrolysis can preliminarily degrade nitrotoluene compounds into aniline categories which can easily be oxidized,therefore enhance the biodegradability of wastewater and decrease the cost without using other chemical reagents.
