【Abstract】 Social work in the rural old-age service is conducive to the implementation of endowment service policy, integrating the service resources and improving the quality of service. However, the development of social work in rural old-age service still faces some difficulties, such as lack of policy support, lack of public support and lack of professional social work personnel.
