【摘要】 目的:探讨综合护理对于初产妇因社会因素行剖宫产手术的影响。方法:抽样选取我院2008年10月～2012年7月间收治的188例初产妇,并将其随机平均分为两组,即正常组和实验组。正常组产妇接受常规的护理干预,实验组产妇接受综合护理干预。护理结束后,比较两组产妇的护理效果。结果:在实验组产妇中,行剖宫产手术的产妇共有29例(30.9%),其中有6例产妇是因社会因素而接受的剖宫产手术(6.4%)。在正常组产妇中,行剖宫产手术的产妇共有46例(48.9%),其中有22例产妇是因社会因素而接受的剖宫产手术(23.4%)。在因社会因素行剖宫产手术方面,实验组产妇的护理效果优于正常组产妇的护理效果,且两组间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理对于初产妇因社会因素行剖宫产手术具有良好的辅助作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Analysis of the influence of comprehensive nursing care on the cesarean section primipara social factors.Methods:Sampling to select 188 cases of primipara were randomly divided into normal group and experimental group, the normal group was given routine nursing,the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing.Results:In 94 cases of pregnant women in the experimental group,caesarean section in 29 cases (30.9%),including 29 cases of pregnant women with cesarean section in only 6 cases (6.4%)is the social factors cesarean section;94 cases of pregnant women in normal group,cesarean section in 46 cases (48.9%),including 46 cases of cesarean section pregnant women in up to 22 cases (23.4%) is the social factors of cesarean section were compared between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions:Comprehensive nursing has its good auxiliary effect in women in primiparae cesarean section due to social factors is.更多还原
