中药调配中影响临床疗效的因素研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨中药调配中影响临床疗效的因素。方法:从处方应付、调配剂量、药物质量、药物炮制处理四个方面分析对临床疗效的影响。结果:调配剂量影响因素是四种因素中占比例最大的因素,为55.77%。这一数据与其他组间数据比较差异显著(p<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:做到高调配质量、高准确性是对调配人员的专业素质和责任心以及态度标准的高要求,是临床疗效和患者早日康复的重要保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the factors influencing the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in formulation. Methods: from prescription to cope with, deployment of dose, drug quality, drug preparation processing four aspects to analyze the influence on clinical efficacy. Results: Factors influence factors of mixing amount is four factors accounted for the largest proportion, 55.77%. This data compared with the data of other significant difference between groups (P<0.05 ), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: high quality, do with high accuracy is high requirements on the deployment of personnel ’s professional quality and sense of responsibility and the attitude of the standard, is an important guarantee of clinical curative effect and the early recovery of the patients.更多还原
