【摘要】 目的探讨股骨近端PFN及加长型PFN治疗股骨近端骨折的临床效果。方法选择我院2010年1月2日至2013年1月8日之间收治的60例股骨近端骨折患者为观察对象,将患者分为对照组和实验组,对照组患者接受股骨近端PFN治疗,实验组患者接受加长型PFN治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果实验组患者手术时间、住院时间、治疗优良率和并发症发生率均显著优于对照组,两组患者临床治疗效果对比统计学差异明显(P<0.05)。结论加长型PFN治疗股骨近端骨折,具有较为满意的临床疗效,因而临床应用价值更高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of proximal femoral PFN and extended treatment of femoral proximal fracture of type PFN.Methods in the study of medical 60 cases of femur were treated in our hospital from January 2,2010 to January 8,2013 between the proximal fracture patients as subjects,the patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group,the control group received the treatment of proximal femoral PFN,the experimental group received long PFN treatment,clinical effects were compared between the two groups of patients.Results patients in the experimental group operation time,hospitalization time,the cure rate and complication rate were higher than those in control group,comparative statistics of clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion the treatment of femoral proximal lengthening type PFN fracture,with satisfactory clinical efficacy,and therefore higher clinical application value.更多还原
