【Abstract】 In this paper,the nutrient components of meat quality of Simontal cattle(♂) × local cattle(♀) were determined and analyzed.The results showed that the hybrid beef has high protein,low fat.Vitamins,amino acids and fatty acids content are rich.更多还原
