4个燕麦品种萌发期耐盐能力的研究

【摘要】 以NaCl为胁迫因子,设置质量分数0、0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%,1%6个盐分梯度,对4个燕麦品种在萌发期进行盐胁迫处理,分别观察盐溶液对相对发芽率、相对发芽势、根/茎等萌发指标的影响。结果表明,各品种相对发芽率、相对发芽势、根/茎随盐质量分数的增加而降低。综合评比表明,青海444耐盐性最强,坝燕4号耐盐性最弱。

【Abstract】 Seeds of four oats varieties(Avena sativa) were germinated under the stress of 0,0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%,1% NaCl solution.The relative germination percentage,relative germination potential,the ratio of root to seedling were measured during the germination stage.The results of this study showed that the relative germination percentage,relative germination potential and the ratio of root to seedling of four oats varieties declined with raising salt concentration.The results of comprehensive evaluation showed that Qinghai444 was the most salt-tolerance varieties,but Bayan4 was the most weakest one among four varieties.
