复合材料耐低温耐腐蚀性能研究(Ⅱ)

【摘要】 研制了一种耐低温耐腐蚀树脂基复合材料,记为S2/EpD。S2/EpD复合材料采用自制环氧配方,以高强玻璃纤维(S2)为增强材料,通过湿法纤维缠绕成型制作复合材料单向板。S2/EpD单向板在-40℃的两种氟碳化合物(Fa、Fb)里分别浸泡1 000 h后,其单向板复合材料层间剪切强度及复合材料外观无显著变化。S2/EpD复合材料单向板在Fa、Fb氟碳化合物里浸泡1 000 h后,层间剪切强度保持率分别为92.5%和92.8%。

【Abstract】 A type of resin matrix composite of cryogenic and corrosion resistance(called S2/EpD) was studied in this paper.S2/EpD,which consists of self-made epoxy and high-strength glass fibers,is made as the unidirectional plates by the wet filament winding process.After S2/EpD unidirectional plates were soaked in the two fluorocarbons(denoted by Fa and Fb) under-40℃ for 1 000 hours,the interfacial shear strength and the appearance of the plates has no significant changes.After S2/EpD unidirectional plates were soaked for 1 000 hours,the retention rate of the interfacial shear strength is 92.5% and 92.8%,respectively.
