【Abstract】 In recent years, the growth of China’s economy sustains a high speed. On one hand government revenue is increasing rapidly at all levels, on the other hand the scale of government financial liabilities also increases dramatically at all levels while government-led investment still contribute a lot to economic growth, local governments’ debt has become a national phenomenon. This article evaluates the status of local government debt during 2007 to 2009, with the aim to lay a foundation for the further studies.更多还原
