网络组织下企业经济租金的累积效应与获取途径

【摘要】 企业经济租金是解释企业价值创造的重要工具。网络组织的巨大协同效应推动了企业进行跨边界的深入合作,不同内涵租金的创造与保持成为企业竞争优势的重要来源。本文从租金的角度对网络组织的运营效率进行了研究,对资源互补、资源集束效应、集体创新、关系式重复交易等租金累积效应进行了探索;揭示了网络租金的形成机理;从租金分配制度设计、网络权力的争夺和网络商业模式重构三方面对企业获取租金收益的途径进行了探讨,并依此解释了企业在网络组织中的价值创造和成长问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Enterprise economic rent is an important tool to interpret organizational value creation. The great synergy effect of network organization promotes enterprise cross-border cooperation, and the creation and maintenance of various rents become an important source of enterprise competitive advantages. This paper, from the perspective of rent theory, discusses the efficiency of the network organization, reveals the formation mechanism of network rents by analyzing rent cumulative effects, such as resource complementation, comprehensive resource effect, collective innovation, relational repeated transactions, discusses the acquirement methods of network rents which include the design of rent distribution system, the contest of network power and the reconstruction of network business model, and then explains the value creation and enterprise growing problem in network organization.更多还原
