鄱阳湖生态经济区企业技术创新联盟的决策行为分析

【摘要】 鄱阳湖生态经济区建设作为国家战略已3年多的时间,其产业规模快速增长,已实现了以工业园区为平台的企业集群式发展。通过最新统计数据分析显示:区内小型企业仍是发展主体,无法形成规模经济。壮大企业实力,特别是高新技术企业,技术创新联盟显得尤为重要和迫切。本文引用博弈理论,对不同类型企业之间以及同类型企业之间技术创新联盟决策进行分析,研究表明:即使在联盟收益更大的情况下,企业也可能选择不联盟。基于此,本文最后从企业、行业、高校和政府角度提出促进联盟的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a national strategy for over three years, the construction of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone has grown rapidly to achieve the enterprise cluster with industrial parks as the platform. The latest statistical data indicate that small enterprises in the zone are still the subject of development, which cannot form scale economy and sustainable development. In order to increase enterprise strengths for high and new tech enterprises, it is very important to establish technology innovation alliances. The paper uses the game theory to analyze the alliance decisions between different types of enterprises and between the same types, concluding that companies may not choose the alliance even though they can gain more benefits. Based on this, we put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the alliances from the perspective of enterprises, industry,colleges and government.更多还原
