浅析苏州服务外包产业发展与宁锡常发展模式比较

【摘要】 本世纪初以来,国际服务外包产业迅猛发展。一些发达国家和新兴经济体通过大力发展国际服务外包业务,实现了经济有效增长,促进了产业结构优化升级。随着全球服务外包市场迅速发展,服务外包成为江苏省经济新的增长点,且江苏省南部各主要城市服务外包发展模式各具特色。本文分析了苏州大力发展国际服务外包的措施和取得的成就,比较了苏州与宁锡常三城市的服务外包发展模式,进一步说明了服务外包产业不仅可以提高招商引资质量、有效地增强出口竞争力,而且在提升生产要素能级、促进城市产业结构的优化升级、完善本地区投资环境等方面发挥着重大的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 As service outsourcing industry has been developed rapidly in the world during the past ten years,many developed countries and emerging economies have achieved economic growth and transformed industrial structures successfully by contracting international service outsourcing business.Meanwhile,with the rapid growth of the global service outsourcing,the service outsourcing has become a new growth point for Jiangsu economy,and the main cities in South Jiangsu have their own specific features of service outsourcing models.This essay analyzes the measures and achievements of Suzhou service outsourcing, compares Suzhou model with those of Wuxi,Changzhou and Nanjing,and elaborates the magnificent effects of service outsourcing industry on increasing export competitiveness,upgrading economic structure and improving investment environment.更多还原
