【摘要】 目的探讨难调性PICC导管异位的有效方法。方法对84例PICC导管异位患者在DSA引导下应用导丝调整PICC管至正常位置。结果 84例中有1例调整不到位,经静脉血管造影确认在靠近锁骨下静脉处造影剂不能正常通过而拔除PICC管,其余83例均一次复位成功,未发生置管后静脉血栓。结论巧用导引导丝在DSA引导下调整难调性PICC置管后异位安全、方便、成功率高,并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the most effective method about difficult PICC catheter ectopic.Methods Use guide wire to adjust 84 cases of patients with the PICC catheter ectopic problems to its normal position under the guidance of the DSA application.Results Among the 84 cases,one case adjustment is not in place.Recognized by intravenous angiography,contrast agents near the subclavian vein can not pass normally so the PICC tube was removed while the remaining 83 cases reset successfully,since venous thrombosis did not occur after the catheter.Conclusions Using the guide wire to adjust difficult tonality PICC catheter after ectopic with DSA-guided is not only secure and convenient,but also a high success rate and fewer complications.更多还原
