【摘要】 目的探讨颅骨修补术的手术时机与手术技巧。方法分析我院接受颅骨修补术40例患者的临床资料,总结手术时机和治疗经验。结果本组40例患者均顺利完成颅骨修补术,无死亡病例。35例切口一期愈合,1例发生皮瓣下感染,3例早期发生头皮下积液,1例发生硬膜下小范围血肿。术后随访1年,预后良好。结论临床医师应合理选择修补材料,掌握手术时机,尽早实施缺损颅骨修补术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the operation opportunity and skill of skull neoplasty.Methods The clinical data of 40 cases received the skull neoplasty were analyzed,and the operation opportunity and skill of skull neoplasty were summarized.Results The skull neoplasty of 40 cases were finished successfully and there was no dead case.There were 35 cases with primary healing professional jargon,1 case with infection under skin flap,3 cases with hydrops under dandruff and 1 cases with little subdural hematoma.All of them were leukemia by following-up in 1 year.Conclusions The clinicianshould take the skull neoplasty early by the premise of selecting the stuff reasonably and grasping the operation opportunity.更多还原
