【摘要】 目的观察口服特比萘芬联合外用萘替芬酮康唑治疗外耳道真菌病的疗效、安全性。方法将66例外耳道真菌病患者随机分为两组:治疗组34例,口服特比萘芬联合外用萘替芬酮康唑,疗程1月;对照组32例,局部外用萘替芬酮康唑,疗程1月。结果治疗组1月后有效率为94.1%,高于对照组的53.1%,有显著性差异。结论联合疗法和单一外用药物治疗外耳道真菌病均有效,但联合疗法起效快、疗程短、效果好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effects of Terbinafine combined with Naftifine/ketoconazole cream in the treatment of otomycosisexterna.Methods 66patients with otomycosisexterna were divided randomly into the treatment group(34 cases)and the control group(32 cases).Patients in the treatment group were given oral terbinafine combined with topical naftifine/ketoconazole cream for one month;patients in the control group were given topical naftifine/ketoconazole cream for one month.Results Theeffective rate of treatment group(94.1%) was higher than that in control group(53.1%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Two therapy methods were effective on otomycosisexterna,but terbinafine combined with naftifine/ketoconazole cream could cure otomycosisexterna with faster act,shorter treratment course and better effect.更多还原
