【Abstract】 The promoter of exceptionally hypermethylation in tumor suppressor genes including key genes always kept silent and lost functions in the process of tumor formation.However,the tumor suppressor genes could be reactivated after the promoter region demethylation,which induce re-expression of tumor suppressor genes.Some of DNA demethylation drugs have been used in clinical treatment.The relationship between DNA methylation and tumor and the research of DNA demethylation drug is reviewed.更多还原
