【摘要】 目的探讨经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术近远期并发症的发生情况及处理措施。方法回顾性总结我科近2年来行经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的患者111例,对其发生的并发症进行总结,分析发生原因及处理措施。结果回冲进肾盂者8例,发生输尿管穿孔者3例,出现不同程度肉眼血尿者19例,发生泌尿系感染者6例,发生膀胱痉挛者3例,发生双J管置留不易取出者2例,发生急性肾衰竭1例;发生输尿管狭窄1例。并发症发生后经过恰当积极的处理后,多获得较为满意的效果。结论经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术近远期并发症的发生不可能完全避免,但是若手术操作谨慎仔细,并发症发生后及时积极处理,则可明显减轻其发生后所带来的后果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss short and long term complications and treatment measures postoperative of Holmium: YAG laser lithotripsy.Methods Analyzed 111 cases line of holmium: YAG laser lithotripsy for treatment of ureteral calculi in our deparement within 4 years,to observe causes and treatment measures of compications.Results 8 cases of patients with back rushed into the renal pelvis,3 cases of ureteral perforation occurred,19 cases of varying degrees of gross hematuria,6 cases of urinary tract infection,3 cases of bladder spasm occurs,occurrence of double J tube to stay home was not easy to remove by two cases of acute renal failure patients;ureteral stenosis in 1 case.Complications after appropriate active treatment,to obtain satisfactory results.Conclusions Short and long term complications could not be avoided completely after Holmium: YAG laser lithotripsy,but it can significantly reduce its occurrence after the consequences of complications when operation carefully and positively treated.更多还原
