【摘要】 目的对奥氮平和齐拉西酮治疗精神分裂症疗效和安全性比较。方法选取我院2009年1月至2011年1月收治住院的132例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,根据住院号随机将研究对象分为奥氮平组和齐拉西酮组,两组各66名患者,治疗8周,采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定治疗效果,并使用副作用量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果在接受8周治疗后,齐拉西酮组临床痊愈例数、显效例数、总有效率均明显高于奥氮平组,在治疗后第2、4、6、8周末,PANSS评分持续降低,各种症状均较治疗前显著降低,齐拉西酮组TESS评分明显低于奥氮平组;且在治疗后第8周末,齐拉西酮组PANSS总得分和阳性症状评分明显低于奥氮平组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥氮平和齐拉西酮对于精神分裂症均有明显的疗效,但齐拉西酮副作用小,其疗效更优于奥氮平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Olanzapine and Ziprasidone were taken to cure Schizophrenia,and their efficacy and safety were compared.Methods From January 2009 to January 2011,132 cases of Schizophrenia cases randomized from their hospital number,the Olanzapine group of 66cases,66 cases of the Ziprasidone group.After 8 weeks,Positive And Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS) was to determined the therapeutic effect and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale(TESS) was to assessed adverse reactions.Results After 8 weeks,number of cases of clinical cure and markedly,the total effective rate in Ziprasidone group were significantly higher than the Olanzapine group.In the 2,4,6,8 weekend after treatment,the score was sustained reduced in PANSS,various symptoms were significantly reduced than before,the TESS scores in the Ziprasidone group were significantly lower than the Olanzapine group.In the 8 weeks after treatment,PANSS total score and positive symptom score in the Ziprasidone group were significantly lower than the Olanzapine group.The differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusions There are significant effects in the treatment of Schizophrenia with Olanzapine and ziprasidone,but the side effects of Ziprasidone is lesser,and the efficacy of Ziprasidone is superior.更多还原
