水环境下环氧粉末涂层的吸水性和湿附着力同步测定初探
Synchronous Test Method by Means of Water Absorption and Wet Adhesion of Epoxy Powder Coatings under the Water Environment
【摘要】 利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、涂层吸水率以及涂层湿附着力等测试方法评价了三种不同体系的环氧粉末涂层在蒸馏水和3.5wt%氯化钠溶液中的抗水渗透性和抗脱层能力。研究了涂层钢板法和自由膜法两种测定涂层吸水性方法的精密度和准确度。并对不同配方和实验温度下采用涂层钢板法同步测定涂层吸水性与湿附着力的关联性进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 Using differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),coating water absorption and wet adhesion test methods evaluated three different systems of epoxy powder coatings resistance to water penetration and delaminating resistance in distilled water and 3.5wt% sodium chloride solution.The accuracy and precision of two methods of coating steel plate and free membrane method were studied.Furthermore the correlations of coating steel plate method used to simultaneous determination of wet adhesion and absorb water are discussed in this paper.
