【摘要】 目的:探讨优质护理服务对人工髋关节置换患者功能锻炼依从性的影响。方法:将143例在我院接受人工髋关节置换术的患者按照收治的时间段分为观察组73例和对照组70例,对照组遵医嘱按时完成各项治疗,按常规护理方法进行术前、术后护理,出院后常规随访;观察组通过开展优质护理服务,实行三级护理查房,采用护理组长责任制、分层级护理管理模式,启用床边工作站,由管床责任护士负责对患者提供从入院到出院、出院后延伸到社区和家庭的系统化、连续性的整体护理。结果:观察组对手术和功能锻炼的认识程度、进行功能锻炼的依从性显著高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务可提高患者对人工髋关节置换术和功能锻炼的认知程度,增强功能锻炼依从性,降低术后并发症发生率,促进患者康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of high quality nursing care on the patient compliance of functional exercise after artificial hip replacement. Methods: 143 patients underwent artificial hip replacement in our hospital were divided into the observation group( n = 73) and the control group( n = 70) in accordance with the time of admission. The patients in the control group were given preoperative and postoperative nursing care and received routine follow-up after discharge; the high quality nursing service was implemnted in the observation group and the patients in this group were provided holistic nursing care,inluding three level nursing round,the responsibility system of nursing team leader,stratified nursing management,enabling bedside workstation,the continuous and extended nursing care from admission to discharge provided by the bedside nurse. Results: The cognitive degree of the operation and functional exercise and compliance of functional exercise of the patients was significantly higher and better in the observation group than the control group,the incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The high quality nursing service can improve the cognition level of the patients with artificial hip replacement,enhance their compliance of functional exercise,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and promote their recovery.更多还原
