【摘要】 目的:探讨社会支持对永久性结肠造口患者生活质量的影响。方法:采用直肠癌生活质量调查表(EORTC QLQ-C30)和领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)对61例永久性肠造口患者进行调查,分析其生活质量和社会支持现状。结果:本组患者生活质量评分为(61.07±21.61)分,各功能维度评分均低于参考值,其中认知功能评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);社会支持总分为(64.18±7.91)分,其中家庭支持得分最高为(22.15±2.86)分;生活质量中情绪功能与社会支持呈正相关(P<0.01),社会功能与朋友支持、其他支持及社会支持均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:社会支持是影响永久性结肠造口患者生活质量的重要因素,在临床护理工作中,应重视并充分利用其社会支持来源,采取各种干预措施,以提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the impact of social support on the quality of life in patients with permanent colostomy.Methods:EORTC QLQ-C30 and the perceived social support scale(PSSS) were used to investigate 61 patients with permanent colostomy and analyze the quality of life of the patients and social support status.Results:The score of the quality of life of the patients was(61.07 ± 21.61) points,the score of each functional dimension was lower than the reference value;the difference in the comparison of the score of cognitive function was statistically significant(P < 0.01);the score of social support was(64.18 ± 7.91) points,of which the highest score of family support was(22.15 ± 2.86) points;in the quality of life,the emotional function was positively correlated with social support(P < 0.01),the social function was positively correlated with friend support and social support(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The social support is an important factor to influence the quality of life in patients with permanent colostomy,so the sources of social support should be fully utilized and the various interventions be taken in clinical nursing work in order to improve the quality of life of the patients.更多还原
