【摘要】 目的:探讨心理干预对晚期胃癌化疗患者负性心理及生活质量的影响。方法:将140例晚期胃癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组各70例,两组患者入院后均接受2～3个周期化疗,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施心理干预措施,评价比较两组干预前后心理状况和生活质量。结果:两组干预后心理状况和生活质量等均明显优于干预前(P<0.05),观察组干预后心理状况及生活质量优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:心理干预可减轻晚期胃癌化疗患者的负性心理,改善其心理状况,提高生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of psychological intervention on the negative psychology and quality of life in patients with chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer. Methods: 140 patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group( 70 cases in each group). The patients in both groups received 2 ～ 3 cycles of chemotherapy after admission to hospital. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and nursing intervention measures were adopted in the observation group based on the routine nursing care. The psychological status and quality of life of the patients were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results: The psychological status and quality of life of the patients were significantly better after the intervention than those before the intervention in the two groups( P < 0. 05); the psychological status and quality of life of the patients were better in the observation group than the control group after the intervention( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The psychological intervention can relieve the negative psychology of the patients and improve their psychological status and quality of life.更多还原
