【摘要】 目的:探讨综合护理干预配合耳穴贴压疗法对改善妇女围绝经期睡眠障碍的效果。方法:选择140例以睡眠障碍为主要临床症状就诊的围绝经期妇女随机分为观察组和对照组各70例,对照组给予围绝经期常规健康宣教,观察组给予综合护理干预措施并配合耳穴贴压疗法。连续干预30 d后评价疗效,比较两组患者睡眠质量和负性情绪改善情况。结果:30 d后两组PSQI各因子分及总分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),焦虑、抑郁评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预配合耳穴贴压疗法可以有效改善妇女围绝经期睡眠质量及负性情绪,提高女性围绝经期生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention combined with ear acupressure therapy on the treatment of perimenopausal sleep disorders.Methods:140 patients with perimenopausal sleep disorders were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(70 cases in each group).The patients in the control group received the routine health education of perimenopausal period and the patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention combined with ear acupressure therapy.The therapeutic effect was evaluated after continuous intervention for 30 days,the sleep quality and the improvement of negative mood of the patients were compared between the two groups.Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the score of each factor and the total score of PSQI between the two groups after 30 days(P<0.01);the comparison of the score of anxiety and depression was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention combined with ear acupressure therapy can effectively improve the sleep quality and negative emotion of perimenopausal women so as to improve their quality of life in the perimenopausal period.更多还原
