【摘要】 目的:探讨家庭环境对抑郁症患者婚姻质量的影响。方法:选取100例已婚抑郁症患者作为研究组,选取100例已婚健康志愿者作为对照组,采用家庭环境量表(FES-CV)和OLSON婚姻质量问卷(ENRICH)评定比较两组家庭环境状况及婚姻质量,分析研究组FES-CV与ENRICH评分的相关性。结果:两组FES-CV评分除知识性、道德宗教观外其余项目比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组ENRICH评分除信仰一致性外其余项目比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);研究组FES-CV除道德宗教观外,其余项目与ENRICH相关(P<0.01),但其中组织性项目与ENRICH中的子女和婚姻项目不相关(P>0.05)。结论:抑郁症患者婚姻质量和家庭环境均较差,家庭环境与婚姻质量关系密切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the influence of family environment on marriage quality of patients with depression.Methods:100 married patients with depression were taken as the study group and other 100 married healthy volunteers were taken as the control group.The family environment scale(FES-CV) and OLSON marital quality questionnaire(ENRICH) were used to evaluate and compare the family environment and marital quality between the two groups and the correlation of the scores between FES-CV and ENRICH was analyzed.Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the FES-CV scores except the items of intellectual-cultural orientation and moral-religious emphasis(P<0.01);the comparison of ENRICH scores except the item of belief consistency was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.01);FES-CV was correlated with ENRICH except the item of moral-religious emphasis in the study group(P<0.01);but the item of organization was not correlated with the items of children and marriage in ENRICH(P>0.05).Conclusion:The quality of marriage and family environment of patients with depression is poor,the relationship between family environment and the quality of marriage is so close.更多还原
