【摘要】 目的:探讨早期综合干预对早产儿喂养不耐受的影响。方法:将68例经鼻胃管喂养的早产儿随机分为观察组32例和对照组36例,观察组在鼻胃管喂养前、中、后给予非营养性吸吮和腹部抚触等早期综合干预,对照组单纯给予间断鼻胃管喂养。结果:两组早产儿日排便次数、日排便量、残留奶量、腹胀次数、呕吐次数及排完胎便时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期综合干预可促进早产儿胃排空,有利于胃肠功能发育,提高喂养耐受性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of early comprehensive intervention on the intolerance of feeding in premature infants.Methods:68 premature infants who received nasogastric feeding were randomly divided into the observation group(n=32) and the control group(n=36).The early comprehensive intervention like non-nutritive sucking and abdominal massage was given to the premature infants before nasogastric feeding,during and after feeding in the observation group and only intermittent nasogastric feeding was implemented in the control group.Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of daily frequency and amount of defecation,volume of residual milk,number of abdominal distension,vomiting frequency and the time of finishing meconium between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The early comprehensive intervention can promote gastric emptying of premature infants,which is conducive to the development of gastrointestinal function and improvement of feeding tolerance.更多还原
