【摘要】 目的:探讨晚期癌症患者光动力治疗的护理干预方法,以减少并发症发生,提高患者生存质量。方法:对10例晚期癌症患者行内镜下光动力治疗,并做好治疗前、中、后护理干预。结果:本组10例患者均自诉症状缓解;内镜下复查8例肿瘤明显缩小,2例缩小不明显;1例发生食管穿孔,无一例护理并发症发生。结论:细致、周到的护理干预是光动力治疗成功和防止并发症发生的重要保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the methods of nursing intervention in the treatment of 10 advanced cancer patients with photodynamic therapy in order to reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.Methods:10 advanced cancer patients underwent endoscopic photodynamic therapy and were given comprehensive nursing intervention in the whole process of treatment.Results:The symptoms were relieved in all patients;the tumors were significantly reduced in 8 patients and were not significantly in 2 patients according to endoscopic reexamination;esophageal perforation occurred in one patient and no nursing complications occurred.Conclusion:The careful and thoughtful nursing intervention is the key to the success of photodynamic therapy and prevention of complications.更多还原
