【摘要】 目的对比分析两种泡皮处理方法对Ⅱ度压疮(水泡型)的临床疗效。方法选择2011年1月—2013年1月入住河北医科大学第二医院的Ⅱ度压疮(水泡型)患者40例(61处),根据入院顺序随机分为剪除泡皮组20例(30处)和泡皮完整组20例(31处)。对两组患者的压疮均实施一般处理,如在受压部位垫棉垫或使用减压装置,勤翻身,加强全身支持疗法等。除此之外,剪除泡皮组采用无菌剪刀剪除泡皮,在创面上喷洒水胶体敷料后将泡沫敷料平贴在创面;泡皮完整组用无菌注射器将泡皮内的渗液抽净,外贴片状水胶体敷料后再用密闭敷料进行封口,观察两组患者的压疮愈合时间和换药次数。结果两组患者均痊愈,剪除泡皮组压疮愈合时间短于泡皮完整组〔(2.3±1.1)d与(4.6±1.7)d,P<0.05〕,并且换药次数也少于泡皮完整组〔(4.7±1.4)次与(5.9±2.2)次,P<0.05〕,差异均有统计学意义。结论无论是剪除泡皮还是保持泡皮完整只抽出其渗液,使用新型敷料处理压疮效果均满意,但剪除泡皮组压疮愈合时间短于泡皮完整组,换药次数也减少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effect of two foam skin treatment methods on the degree Ⅱ pressure ulcers(blister).Methods 40 patients with degree Ⅱ pressure ulcers(61 blisters) admitted to The Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2011 to January 2013 were randomly divided into observation group(20 cases,30 blisters) and control group(20 cases,31 blisters).The foam skin in the observation group was cut off while was complete in the control group.The pressure ulcers of the two groups were both given routine treatment,such as using cushion or decompression device,turning over body more frequently and strengthen supportive therapy.In addition,the foam skin of the observation group was cut off by sterilized scissors.Hydrocolloid dressings were sprayed on the wound.The seepage of the foam skin in the control group was pumped by sterilized syringe,and airtight dressings were used to seal the wound.The healing time and dressing changes were observed in the two groups.Results All the patients in the two groups were cured,and the time of the observation group was shorter than the control group 〔(2.3 ± 1.1) d vs.(4.6 ± 1.7) d,P < 0.05〕,and the dressing change times of the observation group was fewer than the control group 〔(4.7 ± 1.4) vs.(5.9 ± 2.2),P < 0.05〕.Conclusion Whether the foam skins are cut off or only pump its exudates,the effect of new type of dressings is satisfactory.The healing time of the foam skin cut-off group is shorter than the foam skin intact group,and the dressing change time is also fewer.更多还原
