【摘要】 引起血淀粉酶增高最常见的原因是胰腺炎,但是有些高淀粉酶血症的原因与胰腺疾病无关。本文报道了1例84岁女性患有糖尿病高渗状态伴高淀粉酶血症,CT检查显示胰腺正常,而且在处理原发病后的第2天其血淀粉酶水平即明显下降,随后降至正常。同时,本文结合以往相关文献,了解其他疾病伴高淀粉酶血症的少见病例,从而有利于在处理高淀粉酶血症时拓宽思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Most cases of hyperamylasemia are related to pancreatic diseases,but some cases are not.We present a case of 84-year-old woman who suffered from hyperglycemic hyperosmolar and combined with a markedly elevated amylase simultaneously.CT scan showed that the pancreas was normal and the level of amylase decreased significantly the day after dealing with primary diseases and then returned to normal soon after.At the same time,the article reviewed the latest related literatures which reported other rare diseases accompanied with hyperamylasemia.It will be conducive to widening our thoughts when handling hyperamylasemia.更多还原
