【摘要】 目的比较局麻下UHS补片与改良Kugel补片行腹股沟疝无张力修补术的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年1月—2012年1月我科收治的局麻下应用UHS补片的80例与改良Kugel补片的67例行腹股沟疝无张力修补术患者的临床资料,比较分析两组患者手术时间、住院时间、术后3个月及6个月切口不适或异物感发生率以及术后切口血肿、感染、阴囊水肿等并发症发生情况、术后1年复发率。结果 UHS组与改良Kugel组患者手术时间、住院时间及术后3个月切口不适或异物感发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。UHS组较改良Kugel组患者术后6个月切口不适或异物感发生率明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均无切口感染、血肿等并发症,术后1年均无复发。结论局麻下应用UHS补片与改良Kugel补片治疗腹股沟疝临床疗效类似,两种补片术后复发率均很低,是无张力疝修补术的良好补片。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical effects,recurrence rate and complication rate of tension free repair with UHS mesh and modified Kugel mesh under local anesthesia.Methods Clinical data of 80 cases of inguinal hernia treated with UHS mesh and 67 cases treated with modified Kugel mesh admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 were retrospectively analyzed.Operation time,hospital stay,incidence of incision discomfort or foreign body sensation three to six months after operation,complications like incision hematoma,infection and edema of scrotum and relapse rate one year after operation were all compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The incidence of operation time,hospital stay and incision discomfort or foreign body sensation three months after operation showed no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of incision discomfort or foreign body sensation in UHS group was significantly lower than modified Kugel group six months after operation(P<0.05).No incision infection or hematoma showed in the two groups and no relapse found one year after operation.Conclusion Treating inguinal hernia under local anesthesia with UHS mesh and modified Kugel mesh has similar clinical effects with low recurrence rate.更多还原
