【摘要】 多发性骨髓瘤是一种单克隆浆细胞异常增生的恶性肿瘤,可通过刺激机体造血组织引发类白血病反应,导致白细胞计数显著增高,在临床上需与急慢性白血病加以鉴别。及时准确诊断及治疗原发病,白细胞计数可随病情好转而下降,白细胞计数的改变可指示原发病病情变化。本文报道了1例罕见的以掌骨破坏为首发症状的多发性骨髓瘤伴类白血病反应患者的诊断及治疗过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Multiple myeloma is a monoclonal plasma cell dysplasia malignancy.Multiple myeloma can induce leukemoid reaction by stimulating the body′s hematopoietic tissue,leading to significant increase in the total number of white blood cells.Leukemoid reaction needs to be identified with acute and chronic leukemia.White blood cell count could be decreased after accurate diagnosis and treatment of the original disease.Changes in white blood cell count can indicate outcome of original disease.This paper reports a rare case of multiple myeloma with metacarpal bone destruction associated with leukemoid reaction and its diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
