【摘要】 胸腰椎骨折发生率较高,传统切开复位内固定术因创伤大、出血多、术后恢复时间长而逐渐被微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术取代,但该术式需严格掌握手术指征。本文报道了1例微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗腰椎骨折伴骨质疏松患者,术后出现退钉现象,提示胸腰椎骨折伴骨质疏松患者为微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术禁忌证,应引起重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 The incidence rate of thoracolumbar vertebra fracture is high.Traditional open reduction and internal fixation(ORIF) has been,due to its trauma,bleeding and long postoperative recovery time,gradually replaced by minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw osteosynthesis(MIPPSO).However,MIPPSO needs strict surgical indications.This paper reports that one case of lumbar vertebra with osteoporosis had migration of screws after MIPPSO,suggesting that lumbar vertebra with osteoporosis is contraindication of MIPPSO,which should be paid attention to.更多还原
