铝电解废阴极炭块无害化综合利用工业实践

【摘要】 铝电解废阴极炭块属于危险固体废弃物。本文介绍了依托国家重大技术装备研制和重大产业技术开发专项项目"电解铝固体废弃物的无害化利用技术"研究基础上建设的宁夏能源铝业铝电解废阴极炭块综合利用项目。工业实践表明,通过该项目,可以使铝电解废阴极炭块得到无害化处理,其中的有效资源得到了充分利用,社会效益显著,有一定的经济效益。

【Abstract】 Spent cathode carbon blocks from aluminum reduction are dangerous solid waste.This paper introduces the harmlessness comprehensive utilization of spent cathode carbon blocks from aluminum reduction in China Power Investment Corporation Ningxia Qingtongxia Energy Aluminum Group Co,.Ltd.This project relies on the research of the harmlessness utilization technology of solid wastes from aluminum reduction as the national special project.The results of industrial practice show that the spent cathode carbon blocks can be disposed harmlessly and the effective resources of spent cathode carbon blocks can be used fully,which has outstanding social benefits and a certain economical benefits.
