【摘要】 目的探讨脉搏波传播速度与代谢综合征患者心血管重构改变的相关性。方法通过对照研究,寻找脉搏波传播速度与代谢综合征患者心血管再构改变之间的关系,从而明确脉搏波传播速度与代谢综合征患者心血管重构改变的内在关系。结果代谢组脉搏波传播速度显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论脉搏波传播速度与代谢综合征患者心血管重构相关,提示其可作为反映代谢综合征患者心血管重构的早期预测指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the relationship between pulse wave velocity(PWV)and cardiovascular remodeling with metabolic syndrome.Methods Through comparative study to find out the cardiovascular remodeling in patients with metabolic syndrome between PWV.Results PWV in patients with metabolic syndrome was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion PWV has a close correlation with cardiovascular remodeling,and it is a early prediction index of cardiovascular remodeling for metabolic syndrome patients.更多还原
