【Abstract】 This paper describes the configuration of hardware,structure of software and redundancy of PCS7 system.The double redundancy CPU414H was used and on-site communication was composed of PROFIBUS-DP and ET200M.Engineers and operators station used SIEMENS industrial Ethernet 1613 and a high-speed optical fiber communication modules to form a redundancy circle industrial Ethernet.Make use of PCS7 achieve the computer control system of a sulfuric acid process.After putting into operation,the system was stable and met the production requirements.更多还原
