假人颈部标定试验台设计与验证
Design and validation of a dummy neck pendulum test fixture
【摘要】 根据假人颈部标定试验法规要求,利用三维参数化特征建模技术创建了标准的英制摆臂模型。基于摆臂三维模型通过衍生技术创建其各组成零件,在保证法规要求的前提下通过调整英制摆臂模型参数进行公制转换,其零件在衍生参数关联的机制下自动更新。利用运动仿真确定了摆臂牵引系统的合理位置,并完成了试验台整机数字样机虚拟装配。基于三维模型关联生成二维图纸,加工制造了试验台设备。经实际标定试验验证,试验台各项性能指标全部达到设计要求,完全满足法规试验规定。
【Abstract】 According to the neck calibration test regulations of dummies, a standard inch-dimension pendulum model was developed using 3-D parametric feature modeling method, with components then derived from the model. Under the requirements of the regulations, the conversion of the metric dimension model was realized by adjusting the parameters of the inch-dimension model, with the parameters automatically updated through the associated relationship between the components and the pendulum body. The position of the pendulum traction system was designed using motion simulation and the complete digital mock-up was finished by virtual assembly. Based on the 3-D model, the drawings were created with the test fixture then manufactured. Calibration tests show that all the test fixture specifications achieve the requirements of the design and the test regulations.
