【Abstract】 Salidroside was separated by solvent sublation in this paper.The effects of sublation solvent,such as gas flow rate,pH,sublation time and electrolyte NaCl etc.Sublation efficiency were investigated in detail,and the optimal conditions of solvent sublation were selected.In the optimal conditions, the results of solvent sublation were evaluated.Compared with the solvent extraction,solvent sublation showed the obvious advantages.更多还原
