【摘要】 目的:探讨藏药翁布挥发油的抗炎和镇痛作用.方法:应用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性及小鼠肉芽组织增生法进行抗炎药效学实验;通过醋酸扭体法,小鼠热板法观察其镇痛效果.结果:翁布挥发油高、中、低剂量均能抑制二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓炎症,醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性亢进及棉球诱发小鼠肉芽增生;同时能明显减少醋酸致小鼠扭体反应次数;小鼠热板反应痛阈值延长.结论:翁布挥发油具有明显的抗炎和镇痛作用.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of anti-inflammatory and analgesic of volatile oil extracted from Tibetan herb Myricaria germanica and offer pharmacological and experimental basis for its safe and effective use in clinic.Method:The pharmacodynamic effects were observed in five experimental models of inflammation and pain:mouse auricular edema induced by xylem;mouse capillary permeability hyperthyroidism induced by acetic acid;granulation tissue hyperplasia;body distortion induced by acetic acid and hot board methods were applied in mice analgesic experiment.Result:The drug with the high, middle,and low dose could obviously inhibit the ear swelling induced by xylene in mice,the capillary permeability hyperthyroidism induced by acetic acid in mice and cotton balls in mice induced granulation tissue hyperplasia;inhibited the times of mouse wriggle and lengthen the reaction latent period of mouse hot board.Conclusion:These results suggested that volatile oil of Myricaria germanica has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.更多还原
