机床系统静刚度试验用千分表测力环力学特性
Study on Mechanical Properties of Dynamometer Ring Used in Static Stiffness Experiment of Machine Tools System
【摘要】 针对机床系统静刚度试验中广泛使用的千分表测力环的力学特性进行了研究:通过对千分表测力环弹性体的有限元分析,表明千分表测力环所受载荷与其弹性体变形呈线性关系;通过对千分表测力环的加载试验,测力环的变形由千分表测量,试验结果表明千分表读数与所受载荷呈近似线性关系,非线性误差可以忽略;有限元分析的测力环刚度与加载试验所得结果有一定的误差。研究表明千分表测力环能满足机床静刚度试验的要求,测力环的刚度建议用试验标定。
【Abstract】 The mechanical properties of the dynamometer ring were widely used in static stiffness experiment of machine tools system.The finite element analysis of the dynamometer ring′s elastic body shows that the load of dynamometer ring has a linear relationship with the deformation of the elastic body.Through the loading experiment of dynamometer ring,the deformation of dynamometer ring was measured by micrometer gauge.The experiment results show that the reading of micrometer gauge has an approximately linear relationship with the load,and the nonlinear error can be ignored.The stiffness of dynamometer ring by finite element analysis has certain error with the experiment results.The research shows that the micrometer gauge dynamometer ring can satisfy the requirement of machine static stiffness experiment,and the experimental calibration is recommended for the stiffness of dynamometer ring.
