眼镜产品的人机工程参数驱动设计
Ergonomics Parameters Driven Design of Spectacle Product
【摘要】 眼镜产品的设计受多个头面部尺寸要素的影响,同时还有因人而异的个性化需求,其设计具有一定的复杂性。在中国人头面部测量数据的基础上,建立了测量尺寸驱动的三维参数化头面部模型,以及头面部模型驱动的眼镜参数化设计机制,实现了眼镜产品的个性化设计与快速修改,提高了设计效率。通过实例设计验证了驱动设计方法的可行性。
【Abstract】 Spectacles are affected by several facial dimensions,and also have many requirements related with personal demands,as a result their design is rather complicated.Based on the facial dimension data collected from Chinese people,the authors built a 3D parametric head model driven by facial dimensions,and the head model-driven spectacle design mechanism,which realized personalized design and adjustment of spectacles with higher design efficiency.A prototype system is programmed on a 3D parametric platform and examples are demonstrated to test the design method.
