【摘要】 文章对温州某企业产品"电脑绣花机双亮片装置"进行了技术改造,在原产品基础上将其双亮片送片机构由原两组分别用步进电机驱动的独立机构合并成由单个步进电机驱动的一个双摇杆机构,并对多个设计方案进行选优,作了移距可调性计算。由于步进电机数量减少降低了产品的制造成本,提高了送片位置精度和调整操作的便利性,并使产品的厚度减小40%,为企业提升产品性能提供可行的技术方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 A Wenzhou company’s product of computer embroidery machine Sequin device was carried out technological transformation.Based on the original products the double paillette feeding mechanism which were formerly composed of two groups was respectively driven by a stepping motor and independent bodies into a single stepper motor driven by a double rocker mechanism.Multiple design scheme was optimized and an adjustable moving distance was calculated.Due to the decrease in the number of stepper motors to reduce the manufacturing cost,the product improves the feeding position accuracy and adjusts the operating convenience.The thickness size of the product is reduced to 40%.It provides a feasible technical scheme to enhance product performance for enterprises.更多还原
