【摘要】 目的探讨微创钻孔软通道穿刺置管引流术治疗高血压性丘脑出血的临床效果。方法根据术前CT定位,对62例高血压性丘脑出血患者行微创钻孔软通道穿刺置管抽吸加尿激酶引流术。结果生存50例,其中ADLⅠ级4例(8%),Ⅱ级12例(24%),Ⅲ级18例(36%),Ⅳ级10例(20%),Ⅴ级6例(12%)。病死7例,放弃治疗5例。结论微创钻孔软通道穿刺置管引流术安全、有效、对脑组织创伤小,再出血概率小,可作为高血压性丘脑出血的首选外科治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of minimally invasive drilling soft channel puncture and catheter drainage in the treatment of hypertensive thalamic hemorrhage(HTH).Methods The 62 cases of HTH were subjected to minimally invasive drilling soft channel puncture aspiration with urokinase drainage according to preoperative CT localization.Results The 50 patients have been surviving,including 4 in ADL grade Ⅰ(8%),12 Ⅱ(24%),18 Ⅲ(36%),10 Ⅳ(20%),V 6(12%);7 patients died;rest 5 patients were of giving up treatment.Conclusion This treatment method is safe,effective,with brain tissue trauma being minimal and less rebleeding rate,thus can be used as the preferred method of surgical treatment of thalamic hemorrhage.更多还原
