收缩压下降曲线方式建立兔创伤性失血性休克模型

【摘要】 目的建立创伤性失血性休克(THS)模型。方法选择大鼠急性失血损伤方法,根据收缩压下降曲线对发生相关过程分段,研究曲线不同位置血流动力学相关指标变化。结果收缩压下降曲线的不同位置血流动力学相关指标比较,阶段相比存在统计学差异。结论选择急性失血形成收缩压下降曲线方式,可建立实验流程易控制、非控制性失血性休克影响及复苏因素易掌握的创伤性失血性休克模型。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a traumatic model of hemorrhagic shock(THS) model.Methods Acute blood loss was selected as the methods of rats’s damage.The process was sectioned according to the systolic blood pressure declining curve,then studied changes of hemodynamics indicators related to different stages of the declining curve.Results There were statistically significant differences in hemodynamics indicators among different stages.Conclusion In virtue of the systolic blood pressure declining curve the THS model could be established,which might be conveniently control the experimental process,the uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock’s impact and recovery factors.
