计及驾驶员操作影响的试验场载荷研究

【摘要】 基于试验场测得的测量轮轴头垂向力、纵向力和侧向力信号,运用载荷分析软件Tecware,通过对不同驾驶员驾驶同一车辆所得到的载荷信号进行多通道分析,并通过信号强度的差别来对比3位驾驶员在制动工况下操作强度的差异,同时运用统计学方法分析同一驾驶员在多次测量中的驾驶强度稳定性。研究结果表明,驾驶员的操作习惯对测量轮载荷大小有不可忽略的影响。该分析对试验场载荷测量时驾驶员的选择和评价也具有指导意义。

【Abstract】 This analysis is based on signals of vertical, longitudinal and lateral wheel forces with the use of Tecware, software for load-analysis. Load spectrums of a certain car’s rear axle, driving by three drivers, are analyzed from different force directions to evaluate the performance of every driver. The operating manners under braking condition are also analyzed to help find out the reason of the difference in operating intensity of drivers. Meanwhile, the performance of the same driver will be diverse in different measurements. A method to measure it, using applied statistical principles, will also be involved in this paper. The paper indicates that the driving manner of different drivers has effects to load spectrums. Otherwise, a significantmethod has also been provided for evaluating and selecting drivers in load spectrum measurement.
