振动疲劳关键技术及其在底盘结构中的应用
Vibration Fatigue Analysis and Its Application in Vehicle Chassis Structure
【摘要】 介绍了振动疲劳与静态疲劳与之间的基本概念,着重指出了二者之间差别。对求解静态疲劳问题的数值分析方法进行回顾,分析了静态疲劳分析方法对于振动疲劳问题的适用性。分析指出,静态疲劳分析方法,如果能够反映结构的振动特性,则可用于振动疲劳分析。最后结合对后扭力梁这种典型底盘结构振动疲劳问题的研究,从载荷识别、工作模态分析、动应力数值方法选择以及模态减缩的适用性等方面阐述了振动疲劳分析的若干关键技术。
【Abstract】 The paper introduced the basic concept of and the difference between static fatigue and vibration fatigue.A review was then given on numerical methods for static fatigue analysis.Applicability of these methods for vibration fatigue problems was evaluated and it is concluded that they can be applied to solve a vibration fatigue problem if the methods capture the dynamic characteristics of the structure.Based on vibration fatigue analysis of a torsional beam which was a typical chassis component in a passenger vehicle, key techniques for vibration fatigue analysis were described,including operational modal analysis,load identification,numerical method selection and modal reduction.
