【摘要】 为提高纯电动汽车的驾驶舒适性和动力性能,提出一种新型的离合器后置式自动变速系统。它包括无刷永磁同步电机,两挡机械式自动变速器和置于变速器后端的干式离合器。为使变速器的输出转矩在换挡过程中平顺变化,在转矩相对电机和离合器进行线性前馈控制,在惯性相应用PID控制器使离合器主从动盘的角速度差跟随期望的时间历程曲线。在AMESim仿真平台上对该控制策略进行了验证,结果表明该换挡控制策略能保持变速器输出转矩平顺变化,没有大的波动和动力中断。

【Abstract】 For enhancing the driving comfort and power performance of battery electric vehicle,an inverse automatic mechanical transmission( I-AMT) system is proposed,which includes a brushless PMSM,a 2-speed automatic mechanical transmission and a dry clutch located behind transmission. For the smooth change of transmission output torque during shifting,a linear feed-forward control is exerted on motor and clutch in torque phase while a PID controller is used to make the angular speed difference between active and passive disks of clutch follow its desired time history curve in inertia phase. The control strategy is verified on AMESim simulation platform. The results show that the shifting control strategy proposed can ensure the smooth change of transmission output torque without significant fluctuation and power interruption.
