锂离子动力电池用Al2O3/PVDF-HFP隔膜的制备和性能研究
Preparation and Properties of Al2O3/PVDF-HFP Separators for Power Lithium-ion Battery
【摘要】 以聚偏氟乙烯-六氟丙烯(PVDF-HFP)为基质,采用相转移法制备了Al2O3/PVDF-HFP隔膜。对其吸液率、耐热性、形貌和晶体结构等性能进行了检测和与PVDF-HFP及某商业化隔膜的对比分析,并将其组装成扣式电池,对其电化学性能进行了测试。结果表明,Al2O3/PVDF-HFP隔膜的吸液率高达16.8%/μm、室温电导率0.32mS·cm-1、离子迁移数0.91、电化学稳定窗口5.2V。隔膜组装成电池后,电池的循环与倍率性能优异,具有作为新一代动力电池隔膜的潜力。
【Abstract】 The Al2O3/ PVDF-HFP separator membranes are prepared by phase transformation with poly(vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene)as the matrix. Then their properties including liquid electrolyte uptake ratio,heat resistance,morphology and crystal structure are tested and compared with that of PVDF-HFP and a commercialized separator. The results show that the Al2O3/ PVDF-HFP separators have a high uptake ratio of 16. 8% / μm,an ionic conductivity of 0. 32mS·cm- 1,an ionic transference number of 0. 91 and an electrochemical stability window of 5. 2V. The assembled battery with Al2O3/ PVDF-HFP separator exhibits excellent cycle and rate performances,indicating the separator has a great potential as a new generation separator for power battery.
